Lend1 automates much of the broker workflow, including client onboarding, document collection, AI-powered file renaming and categorisation, follow-up communications, and deal status updates. Automated emails and SMS may be sent to you and your clients to keep deals moving and inform recipients about onboarding progress, outstanding requirements, and key milestones. Brokers and clients can log in to manage their own information, including updating details, uploading documents, and tracking deal progress.
